Docmiro is your personal digital admin assistant: photograph or import documents (contracts, invoices, notice periods), and the app automatically extracts the key details and reminds you in time before deadlines expire.
7 days from registration, with full Premium-tier features. After that you choose a plan (Premium or Pro) or keep using the app with Free-tier limits.
No. The 7-day trial starts automatically on registration, no payment details required.
In the app under "My documents", take a photo or import from your gallery. Docmiro automatically extracts the contracting party, amounts, and any deadlines.
Only locally on your device — never on our servers and never through cloud sync, not even on the Pro plan. This applies to every plan equally.
No, by design. Only contract, subscription and deadline data (text, no images) syncs on the Pro plan — document photos always stay on the device that captured them.
Either automatically from a captured document, or manually under "My contracts" → "New contract". If you enter an end date and a notice period, Docmiro automatically calculates the latest date you can cancel by and creates a deadline for it.
From the contract end date and notice period (e.g. "3 months before the term ends"), Docmiro automatically calculates the latest date you can still cancel, and reminds you ahead of it.
Yes, in all apps (iOS/Android), and for Pro accounts also via the homepage. Tap the contract in the list to edit it.
In good time before every saved deadline, scheduled automatically by the app — no extra setup needed.
Yes, via your device's notification settings (iOS/Android) for the Docmiro app. Within the app, individual deadlines can be marked "done/confirmed" so they stop reminding you.
Free: limited feature set after the trial, app only, 1 device. Premium: all core features unlimited, AI extraction, access to the homepage (docmiro.com), but 1 device at a time. Pro: everything from Premium, plus unlimited simultaneous devices and cloud sync of contracts/subscriptions/deadlines across your devices.
With Premium you can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device automatically signs you out of the previous one — your data isn't lost, you'd just need to sign in there again.
No problem: just sign in with your account on a new device. If you no longer have your password, "Forgot password" resets it and signs out all previous devices at the same time — you won't be locked out.
Yes. Access to the homepage (managing your account, account security) is available with Premium, with Pro, and during the free trial. Only with Free after the trial ends do you use Docmiro through the app only.
Yes, in the app under "My plan". Purchases run through the App Store or Google Play — cancellation/management is handled there accordingly.
Only contracts, subscriptions and deadlines (text data). Document photos are never synced, see "Documents" above.
No, it's off by default. You turn it on deliberately in Sync settings — after that it runs automatically in the background (on app launch, in the foreground, and after every change), so you don't have to sync manually every time. A manual "Sync now" button is always available regardless.
Yes, under "Account security" → "Devices" (app and homepage). You can also sign out individual devices remotely from there.
In the app or on the homepage under "Account security" → "Change password".
An extra sign-in step via an authenticator app — protects your account even if someone knows your password. Set it up under "Account security".
Under "Account security" → "Devices", select the device and sign it out. If you no longer have access to it: "Forgot password" automatically signs out all devices.
Under "Account security" → "Change email address". For security reasons this may require an extra device verification step.
In the app under "Delete account". This permanently removes your account and all data stored on our servers; documents stored locally on your device remain until you uninstall the app yourself.
In the footer of every page under "Privacy", or directly at docmiro.com/datenschutz.html.
